Get It Together
We’ve had a few rough years, and we are not quite back on track yet. We may not be back to normal, but we can each individually get ourselves motivated, organized, and prepared for a brighter future. This means putting away the sweatpants, decluttering our lives, and filling our spaces along with our minds with good vibes.
Motivation
When I think of what gets me motivated or what gets me out of a funk, it is a system. I have to plan for my day and for individual tasks that I need to complete throughout the day. I like to workout first thing in the morning. Getting some exercise right away in the morning is a great way to start the day. You can clear your head, think about what you want to accomplish, boost your endorphins (happy vibes), and make yourself feel good about accomplishing something for the day. If you spent too much time Netflix and chilling during the Pandemic, starting an exercise routine would do you some good. Feeling good about yourself will help you be more successful.
